Two Sizes available:
  • 40mm Throttles used for standard 2.3-2.5L engines. 
  • 42mm throttles for larger stroker engines, raised compression, head porting, larger camshaft etc.

Installation

No fabrication required, Kit is a direct bolt-on.


Standalone ECU required. 

Complete Conversion Package found HERE to make this process as easy as possible.

Requires the following parts:
  • Throttle Position Sensor from BMW E36 (P/N 3631726591)
  • Throttle Cable.
    • For LHD Vehicles (P/N 35411158724)
    • For RHD Vehicles (P/N 35411164636)

Requires the use of a Carburettor Air Flow Balancer upon installation. Only needs to be balanced once.

  • All throttle bodies and linkage parts are precision CNC machined from 6061 Billet Aluminium. 
  • Center-less ground 12L14 Steel Shafts with Sealed Ball Bearings
  • High Precisions 7-Degree Brass throttle plates
  • Spun Aluminium Velocity stacks with parabolic rolled edge for maximum flow with minimal turbulance. 
  • Designed by RHD Engineering.
